Emory University Repairs Brain Impairment with Cognitive Rehab Study

A study at Emory University is looking to treat mild cognitive impairment with cognitive rehabilitation. Training sessions include testing a patient’s memory and facial/name recognition. After three training sessions, study participants underwent MRI scans revealing that certain areas of the brain were more active after cognitive rehab. Click here to read the full story.
